El Paso, TX (KDBC) — Jurors Tuesday heard from the man who said he was the one who took orders from Arturo Castrellon to find the shooters who allegedly killed a U.S. consulate employee and her husband.
Barrio Azteca gang member, Jesus “Camello” Chavez says he was a soldier when the March 2010 shooting occurred. He claimed Castrellon ordered him to find gunmen to kill U.S. consulate employee Leslie Ann Enriquez and her husband El Paso county jail detention officer Arthur Redelfs.
Castrellon is on trial for a list of charges including his involvement in the deaths of Enriquez and Redelfs.
