LOS ALAMOS, NM – Another wildfire, another evacuation in New Mexico.
In just one day, a fire has scorched 43,000 acres in New Mexico.
The fire is burning near Los Alamos National Laboratory, the birthplace of the nation's first atomic bomb. As far as we know, there are no bombs there now, but it is a working nuclear laboratory.
