EL PASO, Texas — In a land of sun and drought a majority of the time, El Paso's certainly been through a whirlwind tour of seasons the past couple of days.
It started Tuesday with record setting rainfall of .4 inches. Wednesday started out normal enough with sunny skies, but winds quickly kicked up dust causing low visibility for much of the afternoon.
The temperatures dropped and snow blew horizontally in Northeast El Paso.
