EL PASO - Despite extreme weather conditions in California, El Paso International Airport isn't reporting any delays for spring breakers.
In Thousand Oaks, near Santa Monica, people climbed on top of their cars as rushing water whisked by.
Up north, in between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, two highways were shut down because of heavy snow. And people down in LA, had fears of mudslides overnight.
While some airports have been canceling or delaying flights, El Paso looks like flights are going on as scheduled.
