People were killed on their way to a funeral in South Juarez.
Several others were injured.
Police say that suspects began shooting at cars that were driving to the cemetery.
Also in South Juarez, a police agent's wife is dead after a suspect entered their home last night.
The suspect attacked them both, the police agent was injured and transferred to a hospital.
