The standards for this honor include available scholarships, tuition discounts for military, weekend and evening programs, as well as an ROTC program.
The magazine, G.I. Jobs, is known for giving information and advice to men and women leaving the military.
Tomorrow, the Fort Bliss Outreach Advisor and Coordinator for UTEP, Chuck Watkins, will be awarded for his efforts at Fort Bliss.
Fort Bliss Commander Joe Simonelli and UTEP President Diana Natalicio are among those attending the ceremony at 3:30 tomorrow.
