EL PASO - An update on the man who called us during a suicide attempt Tuesday.
The man we called "Jorge" is safe and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Jorge called Local 4 News saying he was going to jump from the roof of the six-story International Bank building.
He said he was a disabled Gulf War Veteran upset with the lack of money he was receiving from the VA.
Wednesday, we talked to police who commended our collaborative effort to get Jorge to safety.
