Now an update on last night's deadly hit and run.
Police identified the victim as 76 year old Guadalupe Mijares.
Investigators say Mijares was crossing Gateway East near Geronimo just after 6:30 last night when he was hit by a Chevy Camaro.
The driver of the car didn't stop to help.
Mijares died at the scene.
Officers have since located the Camaro involved in the crash.
The driver however has not turned themself in.
It's unknown what charges they will face.
