Two Socorro volunteer firefighters have been arrested.
They along with three other men, are accused of punching, kicking and even slamming a brick into a man's face before they robbed him.
Sheriff's deputies say the man had to play dead so he could escape with his life.
All men are charged with aggravated robbery.
