HORIZON CITY, TX — Two Socorro men were arrested suspected of robbing a man in Horizon City Tuesday morning.
Deputies said Christopher Ponce and David Guerro asked a man, who was walking on I-10 near Horizon if he wanted a ride.
The man got in the SUV but minutes later, Ponce and Guerro pulled over because of alleged car problems.
Deputies said when the man tried to get out, one of the suspects demanded the man's belongings.
The victim got away.
Deputies spotted the SUV minutes later and arrested the pair for robbery.
