Starting Tuesday, December 28, you can recycle your tree for free at five collection stations.
The free service will be available through January 15. You can stop by one of the following sites from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The service is provided by the City of El Paso Environmental Services Department.

121 Atlantic (off Doniphan)
9000 Escobar @ Zaragosa
4501 Hondo Pass
4200 Delta
2492 Harrison @ Alabama
Sites will be closed at noon on New Year's Eve. Make sure you take off all of the lights and decorations before dropping them off. If you are interested in picking up mulch and wood chips, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the first three listed sites.
