EL PASO-- It was a 21-year old driver who was killed in that early morning rollover that happened yesterday.
Police identified the man as Arnaldo Gallegos.
They say he pulled out in front of a car at the intersection of Montana and Oasis.
The other car slammed into his jeep, causing it to roll.
Investigators say Gallegos wasn't wearing his seatbelt and was thrown out and killed.
No other injuries were reported.
