A traffic stop in Montana Vista leads to two arrests.

An El Paso County Sheriff's Deputy spotted a car with an expired registration sticker and said the driver Ruth Carrillo was cutting off other cars on Thursday night.

The deputy pulled Carrillo over and allegedly smelled marijuana.

They found a small bag of pot outside the car after the passenger Javier Mendez let his dog out.

The deputy arrested both Carrillo and Mendez.
