EL PASO — Two teenagers spent some time in jail after officers allegedly caught them smoking marijuana.
Officers noticed a truck on Scenic Drive in a park after it was closed for the day.
They allegedly smelled marijuana in the truck.
Police said they found some pot in Monica Loya's purse.
Samson Vaughn allegedly gave officers the wrong name and it turns out, he was wanted on multiple traffic warrants.
