Surveillance Photos Released of Suspected Bank Robber

EL PASO — The FBI released surveillance camera photos of a suspected bank robber who held up the Compass Bank in Central El Paso Tuesday.

FBI investigators describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his late thirties, between 5’8" and 5’9” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, shorts, a green cap, and white tennis shoes.

According to investigators, the suspect walked into the Compass Bank on Gateway East, approached a teller with a note, saying he had a weapon, and demanded cash.

The teller reportedly gave the man an undisclosed amount of money, and the suspect left the bank in an unknown direction.
