El Paso, TX (KDBC) — A summer program in El Paso is helping children study comprehensive visual arts.
The program is aimed at teaching "at-risk" children ages five to sixteen, whose parents are seasonal migrant farm workers.
Nearly 500 kids are in the program this year studying everything from graphic designs, painting and cooking.
The program was founded in 1998.
