Testosterone has been linked to aggression.
German researchers said those with greater levels of the hormone are least likely to lie.
Doctors applied either a testosterone gel or a placebo gel to the arms of 91 healthy men. Those who'd been given the hormone were less likely to cheat or lie in simple games.
Researchers said this helps in finding a biological reason some people lie.
