Study: People Who Exercise Live Longer

People who do regular physical activity are likely to live longer than their couch potato counterparts.

A new study from the National Institutes of Health finds that even brisk walking for 20 minutes a day, 7 days a week can add 4 and a half years to your life.

This held true even for those considered overweight.
