A strike by French Air raffic controllers is causing major disruption for travelers in Europe. Hundreds of flights have been canceled for a second day today (Wednesday).
This includes about half of all scheduled services in and out of Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris. About two-thousand flights across Europe were canceled Tuesday.
The Air Traffic controllers are concerned about the European Union's plan to consolidate airspace. They fear it will lead to job cuts.
European officials say the plan would cut costs and reduce pollution.
