LAS CRUCES, NM — Starting Monday New Mexico State University and Dona Ana Community College students can save some money on gas. Students with a valid Aggie ID Card can catch a free ride on any Roadrunner Transit bus. The Las Cruces City Council approved this project to collect data toward a possible Universal pass or U-Pass Program that could start as soon as the fall semester in 2013.
