Wednesday is the official beginning of spring but it already feels like summer in some parts of Texas.
Monday, temperatures were well into the upper 90s in Laredo and Brownsville. While some are enjoying the warmer temps in shorts and flip flops, others like construction workers are beating the heat, and the sun, in caps and long sleeves.
