Friday, June 7, 2013 - 3:19pm
El Paso — The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for our area until 10 p.m. That means conditions are favorable for potential severe thunderstorms accompanied by winds that could gust up more than 70 MPH. We also could see golf ball sized hail in some areas. All the rain could case localized street and arroyo flooding.
Chief Meteorologist Robert Bettes is closely monitoring the conditions and will have the latest on Local 4 News at 5:30 and 10 p.m.
