EL PASO — El Paso Police cancelled the Silver Alert for Cersencio Alarcon Portillo, 76.
Alarcon Portillo was located by United States Border Patrol Wednesday afternoon in good health and is being reunited with his family.
The El Paso Police Department and the Crimes Against Persons unit would like to thank the local
media and citizens of El Paso for their assistance in locating this man.
