Sandbags and shelter available, severe weather

Shelter:
The San Elizario High School gymnasium will be available as a temporary shelter tonight if needed for any community member seeking shelter. 

Border Patrol, Lower Valley Water District and Sheriff’s Department officials have set up an Incident Command Center in the San Elizario ISD Adminisration Building.

The Mayor of Socorro would like to alert the public of shelters being set up for its residents affected by the inclement weather.

The first is at the Rio Vista Community Center. The second at Socorro High School.

Red Cross at San Eli ISD facilities open for possible evacuees.

Sandbags:
Sandbags are now available in San Elizario, Horizon, and Clint at the ESD Fire Stations.

Mission Valley is out of sandbags. We're working to get it restocked now. 

Residents can go to Album Park to pick them up
