A man was killed after police say he flew out of a car during a rollover.
Dona Ana County Sheriff's deputies say the driver, Jorge Polanco, and two passengers were on a county road when the driver lost control.
The victim killed in the crash hasn't been identified. We're told the driver was transported to University Medical Center.
The third passenger, Sergio Carrillo-Guerrero, fled the scene, and is wanted for questioning.
Deputies say alcohol was a factor, and none of the individuals were wearing seatbelts.
