EL PASO — Sheriff's Deputies safely extracted 34-year-old Fernando Bustamante Wednesday morning after they said he suffered a possible broken leg while mountain climbing. Deputies said upon arrival Bustamante had been attempting to climb a steeo mountain when he sustained the injury. He was transported to a local hospital.
