El Paso, Texas (KDBC) — Spanish media is to blame for a surge in undocumented immigrants at the border.
That's according to a new report from the El Paso Intelligence Center which operates under the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The report says Spanish news programs like Univision's "Primer Impacto" and Telemundo's "Al Rojo Vivo" have led many to believe undocumented children an be granted permission to enter and stay in the U.S.
The intelligence center interviewed hundreds of immigrants trying to enter the U.S. to create the report.
