Australian researchers found regular exercise may change how we feel pain. They found the longer one works out, the more pain we can tolerate. Scientists tested the pain threshold of volunteers, they had one group do exercise, and the other did not. Six-weeks later, they were re-tested. Those who exercised still felt pain, but their tolerance for pain had increased.
