EL PASO — The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is almost here but participation numbers are lower than last year.
As of February 5th, enrollment numbers are down 36 % compared to last year's race.
This could result in a $100,000 loss to the men and women of the El Paso community.
There's still time to register.
Walk-up registration will take place at Sunland Park Mall Saturday, February 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
You can also register on Sunday at Academy Sports and Outdoors in the Lower Valley from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. as well.
The race is Sunday, February 17th at Cohen Stadium.
