EL PASO — Former massage parlor owner In Soon Kim, who is accused of hiring workers for prostitution at the Kyoto Hot Stone Spa is expected in court Wednesday. Homeland Security investigators raided the business in 2012 and discovered condoms inside the business.
Kim's lawyer asked for a continuance at her last court appearance in October.
She is expected in court just before noon Wednesday.
