EL PASO - President Obama has left El Paso after visiting with troops at Fort Bliss for about an hour.
The president came to El Paso to thank the soldiers for the sacrifice and service in Iraq.
Air Force One left Biggs Army Airfield around 11:45 a.m.
President Obama will deliver a national address on Iraq from the oval office at 6 o'clock tonight.
