EL PASO - President Obama arrived in El Paso 15 minutes earlier than expected at Biggs Army Airfield.
The president is here to thank Fort Bliss soldiers for their sacrifice and service in Iraq.
President Obama is due to depart El Paso at 12:15pm.
He will return to Washington D.C. to give an oval office address on Iraq at 6 p.m.
