Two Girl Scout Troops in Portland will likely get to go to summer camp in spite of a cookie hoax.
The scouts were stuck with 6,000 unsold boxes of cookies after a prankster placed a fraudulent order worth $24,000.
A last-minute emergency sale this past weekend had hundreds of people showing up to buy.
The prankster won't be charged, since no money was exchanged.
The remaining three-thousand boxes will go on sale next weekend.
