EL PASO — On Monday morning, El Paso County Commissioners Court will discuss the proposed natural gas power plant in far east El Paso.
Though additional power sources are needed in that fast-growing section of the city, some residents in Montana Vista and nearby neighborhoods have expressed their fear that a power plant would hurt their property values, and even their health.
El Paso Electric would build the plant.
