Postponed Work On I-10 At Geronimo

EL PASO - Continuing work on the bridge deck repair project on Interstate 10 has been postponed, the Texas Department of Transportation announced via Twitter.

TxDOT cited weather conditions on Saturday for the postponement.

Interstate 10 and Geronimo remains open today.

I-10 east at Geronimo was originally scheduled to be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday until 6 a.m. Monday.

The project is scheduled to resume next weekend.
