EL PASO - A 2009 Kia Optima that was stolen in August was found in a parking lot at 10700 Gateway West.
Police inspected the vehicle and realized it had been reported stolen on August 8 of this year.
The vehicle has since bene recovered, but no one has been arrested.
1,746 vehicles had been reported stolen during this period compared to 1,477 this year.
