EL PASO — Police arrested Pablo Maya-Cruz, 32, for allegedly being asleep at the wheel with his vehicle running.
An officer who responded to the call knocked on the window however he did not wake up. Eventually Maya-Cruz was woken up after the officer opened the door, and showed signs of intoxication, according to the report.
Maya-Cruz was arrested on charges of DWI. He had two previous DWI convictions.
