El Paso, TX (KDBC) — El Paso Police are investigating a stabbing in Central El Paso this afternoon.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1500 block of E. Yandell at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, where they found man who was suffering from stab wounds.
El Paso Police spokesperson confirmed that a pair of men got involved in a physical confrontation, resulting in a 46-year-old man being stabbed. Initially, emergency dispatch crews told NewsChannel 9 that they transported the man to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. However, EPPD have since told us that the man's injuries were not life-threatening.
At this time, no arrests have been made in the case and police continue their investigation into the incident.
