El Paso, TX (KDBC) — El Pasoans are invited to participate in the remaining public outreach workshops regarding the three signature projects of the 2012 Quality of Life Bond program.
The next workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the Rio Grande Room of the El Paso Convention Center.
The meeting will be led by HKS, Inc., the urban design firm unanimously selected by El Paso’s City Council.
At the May 21 meeting, the HKS team will provide research updates for the Children’s Museum, Hispanic Cultural Center, and Multipurpose Cultural and Performing Arts Facility.
This is an additional opportunity for public participation.
In addition, team member CSL (Convention Sports & Leisure) will present their market and case studies for the multipurpose facility.
CSL are specialists in advice and planning for the convention, entertainment, sports, and visitor industries.
After this meeting, one final public engagement opportunity will be held on July 2, 2014.
It will begin at 6pm at the El Paso Convention Center.
For all workshops, complimentary parking will be provided in the Convention Center garage.
