EL PASO - Various conservative groups in El Paso used the President's visit as a platform to protest big government and tout Republican ideas.
A handful of demonstrators gathered at Mesa Street and Sunland Park Drive to prove their point to passers-by. Carol Cassady is president of the group "West El Paso Republican Women." She believes President Obama should have addessed border issues.
"We firmly believe that he should have come into out beautiful city of El Paso and also fly along the border to take a look and see the great necessity of completing the fence that President Bush had started."
Cassady also distributed copies of the U.S. Constitution during the peaceful protest.
What new ideas? Extend tax breaks for the upper 2% - Spend billions for a fence.
Biggest government growth came under Bush.
Republicans have no new ideas - that is why they create all this fear and hate against people and use Hot Button issues -Immigrants,Blacks,Muslims,Gays,Abortion
This keep people distracted and un-engaged so they won't see who are the one who have cause current issues.
We should not fear other people - but rather we should be fear going back to the same Republican ideas.
