PC's have had the worst drop in sales in the last 19 years.
The market research firm IDC says shipments of the personal computers fell 14% worldwide last quarter.
That's nearly twice what they had predicted.
IDC partly blames the Windows 8 operating program from Microsoft.
It was expected to give the industry a boost, but received mixed reviews when it debuted.
IDC says Windows 8 not only failed to boost the PC market, but appears to have slowed it.
