"Pay what you want" cafe to open in El Paso

A unique, new cafe will open its doors in El Paso on Wednesday. It's a "pay what you want' cafe.

The Mustard Seed Community Cafe will hold its grand opening at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11th. It's a uniqe concept modeled after 35 similar cafes elsewhere in the country.

The restaurant will only be open  Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The meals are prepared by culinary expert Roman Wilcox, an El Paso native.
