EL PASO, TX — A 61-year old woman is facing federal charges after homeland security investigators raided her spa on Virginia street last week. In Soon Kim appeared in federal court this morning for a preliminary detention hearing. The prosecutor tells Newschannel 9, Kim's attorney asked for a continuance in the case for more time to talk to kim. Kim is accused of hiring workers for prostitution at the Kyoto hot stone spa after homeland security investigators discovered condoms inside the business. Kim will appear in court again on Monday.
