Obama May Not Talk Border

FORT BLISS - President Barack Obama, who is scheduled to visit Fort Bliss Tuesday, may not visit the border.

Fort Bliss officials are still unaware of the details but they believe President Obama will be confined to Biggs Army Airfield for two or three hours.

Obama will give a speech from the Oval Office Tuesday evening about Iraq.
