No phone recordings were found at the El Paso County Detention Facility and Jail Annex during attorney and client phone conversations.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has been accused of these phone recordings and brought in Rocky Mountain Investigations to check out these allegations.
A report was sent to the Federal Public Defender's Office stating that there were no findings of any bugging or recording devices at either facility.
