There's new evidence that eating fish is really good for your health especially for women. A study in "The British Medical Journal" finds women who eat oily fish once or twice a week may lower their risk for breast cancer.
Scientists say it's the omega-3-fatty acids in fish that are so good for you. Fish like salmon, tuna and sardines contain the best concentrations of omega-3's.
