EL PASO — Military families will have new housing options by the end of the year.
Crews have started working on what will be the Van Horn neighborhood on Fort Bliss near the El Paso International Airport.
The neighborhood will have 500 energy efficient duplex and townhomes.
The project will be complete in 2016. Families will be able to move in by the end of the year.
