LOWER VALLEY — The city of El Paso teamed up with the Housing Authority of El Paso to provide affordable housing for low-income seniors in our community.
It's an effort to improve the quality of life in the Lower Valley.
The property features several energy star units equipped for the elderly and a spacious public park complete with picnic areas, a gazebo, and irrigated retention ponds.
The site itself is ADA-compliant.
