Two women were taken to the hospital after they were attacked by a man with a knife early Monday morning.
According to police, Jesus Flores stabbed the two women after they went to his apartment to buy cocaine. But neighbors say he was just defending himself.
"They started arguing, she claimed why he didn't love her anymore," said Anette Hinojosa, Flores's next door neighbor. "They went inside and you could hear stuff breaking inside of the apartment their was a car honking at her telling her to leave."
Hinojosa says she had seen the woman at Flores' door often, and just thought they were in a relationship. But this time was diffedrent.
"She looked like she was having a withdrawals she was twitching and moving around walking," said Hinojosa.
She says the confrontation then went inside, and when Flores and the woman walked out, anotehr woman was waiting for them in a car. Hinojosa says that when the women started beating him upand attacking him.
Flores was arrested on two counts of aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and posession of marijuna. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail on a $102,000 bond.
