Movies in the Canyon Starts

EL PASO — The fourth annual Movies in the Canyon season is off to a great start!

These family-friendly films are sure to please audiences of many kinds. This season will feature eight movies to finish out the line-up. The films are shown for free on a giant state-of-the-art movie screen in the outdoor amphitheater every Friday and Saturday night, starting at dusk, approximately 7:30 PM, beginning in October. It runs until October 20.

Movie-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket or light jacket in case it cools off in the Canyon. Plus, you can get your popcorn, soft drinks and favorite movie snacks at the concession stand. No outside food or beverage may be brought into the movies. The McKelligon Canyon complex also offers plenty of free parking.
